Cylindrical Head External Groove Digital Caliper is a high-precision measuring instrument engineered specifically for external groove, recess and wall-thickness measurements. Its unique cylindrical measuring head easily accesses narrow external grooves and hard-to-reach outer recesses where standard calipers cannot, delivering accurate, repeatable readings for external dimensional control.
Outside Groove Electronic Caliper is ideal for measuring external groove diameter, groove width, outer recess depth, wall thickness and step dimensions on shafts, pins, tubular components and machined parts.
Cylindrical Tip External Groove Digital Caliper comes with a high-resolution LCD with 0.01 mm / 0.0005" resolution, supporting ABS, pre+,pre- mm/inch switching, zero reset and auto power-off. Its precision dovetail slide delivers smooth, backlash-free travel to sustain consistent accuracy during batch inspections.
