Flat tip External Groove Digital Caliper features with a high-resolution LCD screen with 0.01mm / 0.0005”, the caliper supports essential practical functions including ABS, pre+,pre-, mm/inch unit conversion, zero reset, and auto power-off.

Q2: Does this caliper measure internal grooves or only external grooves?

A: This model is flat tip external groove caliper, specially developed for outer/shaft external grooves. It is not suitable for internal bore grooves. If you need internal groove measuring caliper, you can contact us for other models.

Q3: What is the difference between shallow outer groove caliper and general groove caliper?

A: Our flat tip version is optimized for shallow outer grooves. The flat thin measuring jaws can easily enter shallow narrow outer grooves without interference, avoiding the problem that thick jaws cannot contact the groove measuring surface.
