This internal thread height measuring instrument is specifically designed for measuring internal thread heights smaller than 5 1/2in (139.7mm). Different measuring heads are available as options - please specify your thread type requirements when ordering for optimal configuration.
All instruments are manufactured and calibrated to exacting standards including ISO9001 management standards, meeting national standards JJF1063-2000 and JJG42-96 as well as API STD 5B specifications.

- Place measuring tip in standard template U-shaped slot matching thread specifications, adjust indicator to zero, and tighten bezel locking screw
- Verify measurement consistency between V-shaped and U-shaped grooves (tolerance ≤0.013mm)
- For measurement, position instrument in thread groove with anvil adjacent to thread top, then perform small arc swings perpendicular to cone to determine height error
