Applications
The threaded ring gauge is primarily used to measure thread diameter and pitch. With advantages of high precision, wide measurement range, and simple operation, these gauges are widely used in machinery manufacturing, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and other industrial fields.
Usage Precautions
- Avoid touching the working surface with bare hands to prevent rust
- Store properly on tool cabinet tables or wooden backing plates - never on machine tool holders or guide rails
- Inspect regularly for damage, rust, or deformation
- If rust appears, soak in gasoline, carefully wipe clean, and apply anti-rust oil
- Never store working surfaces of two gauges together to prevent sticking
- After use, wipe clean and store in dry conditions
