This external thread pitch measuring instrument is designed for all external thread pitch measurements. We offer different measuring head options - please specify your required thread type when ordering so we can provide the optimal solution.

Operation Instructions
- Consult the "Probe Usage List" appendix and install the appropriate measuring head for your thread type
- Loosen the lower locking screw and adjust the fixed probe position using the tail nut
- Insert probes into corresponding slots, ensuring proper alignment with the protection plate
- Adjust the indicator pointer to vertical position and secure the locking screw
- Maintain fixed measuring head position while rotating the movable head in a small arc
- Calibrate using the indicator bezel to set zero position at maximum reading
- Measure pitch error by observing smallest positive or largest negative indicator reading
